Chinese Medicine has had a profound impact on my life and massage practice. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the specific points on each meridian has a name, translated from Chinese calligraphy, which offers insight into the unique spiritual gifts the point is capable of delivering. Blue Green Spirit is the spirit name for the point Heart 2 (on the heart meridian). Though not commonly used due to its intensity, the point is used for those who are in need of a profound rebirth of spirit. In honor of the way that Traditional Chinese Medicine has helped my spirit experience rebirth, I named my practice Blue Green Spirit.

I am located right outside of the beltline in Southeast Raleigh, North Carolina. Because I practice out of a private room within my home residence, I do not provide my address until after an appointment is booked for safety and privacy. After booking your appointment, you will receive an email with my address.

Absolutely not! I tell all of my clients to undress to their comfort level - even if that means all clothes are left on your body. Your comfort is of highest importance to me. I can perform an effective bodywork session while you remain clothed if that is your preference. For those who choose to undress, I will keep you draped appropriately all times.
